B.E. COMPUTER SERVICES provides a for fee Support Service for

assistance with a variety of software/hardware and desktop maintenance

and repair problems. 

INCLUDING

• Virus scanning /removal and troubleshooting
• Software installations, including operating system upgrades 
• Hardware upgrades and installations (RAM, network cards, and more) 
• Data file back-ups and transfers 
• Diagnosing and fixing a variety of other operating problems

Our fee of $65.00 per hour is flexible depending on the severity of

your problem.  We also charge a flat $40.00 fee for travel and initial

problem assessment (not the hourly rate).  Send us an email of your

problem and we can give you an estimate on the length of time and 

expected price of your computer repair based on the information you

provide. 

During our initial visit for problem assessment, we will confirm to you

if the expected length of time first estimated is the same and give you our

maximum expected price. We pride ourselves on giving our clients a great

deal and a complete resolution to their computer problems.
